• Joseph, Mann and Creed (JMC) are pleased to announce their recent certification by ACA International, the world’s largest trade association for debt collection companies. The ACA sponsors the Professional Practices Management System (PPMS). It is the completion of this program, which features a rigorous application and audit process that qualifies a company to become certified.

Certified agencies must meet program requirements including developing an individualized professional practices system of management for their agency, creating supporting documents such as a company manual and submitting specific business records to an independent auditor to assure compliance with the program’s high standards for collection agency operations. Periodic audits are conducted for an agency to maintain their certification.

Agencies certified through the ACA Professional Practices Management System are dedicated to professional business practices and quality assurance and are therefore highly qualified to provide their clients with the expert recovery services needed in today’s competitive business world. It’s the latest way that JMC continues to demonstrate its commitment to outstanding client service and satisfaction.

• JMC is pleased to announce that partner and Chief Financial Officer Bill Mann was recently elected treasurer of the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC). The Association is the world's largest international trade association for commercial debt collection professionals. In addition to his new duties, Mr. Mann will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.

His election to the office of treasurer for the IACC is a reflection of Mr. Mann's 22 years as an outstanding professional in the credit and collection industry. His continued dedication to the profession is an important part of Joseph, Mann and Creed's growing reputation for excellence in the commercial collection business.
